Kilchoman Distillery
A new way of doing things ...

Kilchoman is a new distillery built in 2005 but on principles formed in the 19th century, the era of the Farm Distillery on Islay.

Kilchoman barley is grown on the farm, harvested, wetted and allowed to germinate, 'peated' and latterly dried. It is then 'mashed' brewed and distilled before being bottled and aged... all at the Kilchoman Farm Distillery

Kichoman is a perfect example of 'small is beautiful' ... just like Islay.
