THE ISLAY FILM " And it's goodbye to Care" is nominated in the Best Documentary section of the First Light Movies Awards 2008. This heart felt documentary , made by a group of Islay 11 -16 year olds , explores the young filmmakers aspirations and emotional attchments to their island home as they decide whether to stay or make the journey to the mainland to pursue their education or career. The awards will take place in London in March 2008.
